In the wheelhouse, the helm position is to starboard for ease of access to the aft deck, with a simple galley to port equipped with a sink with manually pumped cold water supply, space for a cooker or hob if required and ample storage. Although the wheelhouse and cabin are currently quite basic it would be very easy for these to be adapted to suit her next owner's needs. Mechanical Systems Located in engine box in cockpit, Lister Petter commercial specification Alpha LPW4, 39.5hp, four cylinder naturally aspirated marine diesel engine. Sea water cooled. Shaft drive via gearbox to bronze three blade propeller. Single lever controls with electric start. Instrument panel with engine instrumentation. Serviced July 2023. The engine was new in 2002 and has been maintained to a regular service schedule by her experienced commercial operator. It has proved faultlessly reliable and is believed to be in very good running order. This model is also known for it's durability, being a popular choice for many commercial users and canal boat operators. Current engine hours are unknown but believed to be in the region of 6,800hrs.
