1983 LM 26 Motorsailer fitted with Bukh DV24ME diesel engine on saildrive. 'Sea Apple' is a delightful example of this Scandinavian built LM 26 Motorsailer and it has been lovingly looked after by its very experienced owner since 2016. A reconditioned Bukh DV24 diesel engine was fitted in February 2023 and the boat is currently out of the water having had its annual maintenance schedule completed and is ready for the 2024 boating season. This boat is presented inoutstanding condition throughout and available to view at Port Solent marina. The LM 27 is the most built motor glider in Europe. She was built from 1972 to 1985 in a Danish shipyard, LM Yachting, in Lunderskov specifically for sailing in the Baltic Sea. This motor sailer offers plenty of space for the crew and guests and is perfect for extended sailing trips or weekend trips. The good sailing characteristics with a new, oversized furling genoa and a reefable mainsail allow relaxed travel under sail as well as with the engine.
