Zum Verkauf steht eine sehr gut ausgestattete und erhaltene Nauticat 38 (Jahrgang 1989). Die Nauticat 38 ist ein robuster Motorsegler für lange Fahrten und ausgedehnte Aufenthalte an Bord. Die seetüchtige, sichere Langkiel-Yacht mit Ketsch-Takelung verfügt über einen Ford Lehman 2722 Marine Diesel-Motor mit 90 PS, zuverlässigem Wellenantrieb und gut geschütztem Propeller. Auf beiden Seiten des Motors befinden sich Brennstofftanks mit einer Kapazität von insgesamt ca. 600 L. Der Bordcomputer der Firma SIMRAD wurde 2019 neu installiert. Segel (Genua, Grossegel & Besan) auf Rollanlage (hydraulisch), Spinnaker & Bugstahlruder sind vorhanden. Zugang zum Heck via Gangway. Der Frischwassertank hat eine Kapazität von ca. 400 L, das Warmwasserheizsystem ist von der Firma Raritan. Semiflexibles Solarpanel (100 W). Das Deckshaus ist äusserst hell und freundlich und verfügt über einen Innensteuerstand der über zwei Seitentüren erreichbar ist. Dort befindet sich auch ein Tisch mit zwei gemütlichen Sitzbänken. Im erhöhten Achterdeck mit Cockpit (hydraulisch) befindet sich der Außensteuerstand. Dort gibt es auch eine bequeme Aussendusche mit Warmwasser. Das Interieur ist aus hochwertigem satiniertem Teakholz mit viel Massivholz in Leisten und Rahmen gemacht. In der Küche befindet sich nebst Kochplatten und Ofen ein grosser Kühlschrank und ein Tiefkühler. Gegenüber der Bordküche lädt eine bequeme Sitzgruppe mit Bar zum Verweilen ein. Die Eignerkabine verfügt über eine gemütliche Doppelkoje mit orthopädischer Matratze. Von dort hat man Zugang zum grösseren der zwei Badezimmer, welches über eine Dusche und eine elektrische Toilette verfügt. Eine weitere abschliessbare Kajüte mit zwei (evt auch drei) Kojen befindet sich im Vorschiff. Dort gibt es auch eine zweite Toilette (Pumpsystem). Insgesamt verfügt das Schiff über 5-7 Schlafplätze. Es hat Klimaanlage und Heizung. Die Yacht hat ein Beiboot der Marke Novomar welches mit einem Yamaha F4A Aussenborder Motor betrieben wird. Am Heck befinden sich Davits zum praktischen Transport des Dinghys. Mit einer aufblasbaren Rettungsinsel von Arimar (Verpackungsdatum 07/2015) können sich im Notfall bis zu acht Personen in Sicherheit bringen. Das Schiff ist seit 2013 im Besitz der aktuellen Eigner, die damit mehrere Monate im Jahr an der dalmatischen Küste unterwegs waren und es nun aus Altersgründen verkaufen müssen. The Nauticat 38 is a robust motor sailer for long journeys and extended stays on board. The seaworthy, safe long-keel yacht with ketch rigging has a Ford Lehman 2722 marine diesel engine with 90 hp, reliable shaft drive and well-protected propeller. There are fuel tanks on both sides of the engine with a total capacity of approx. 600 liters. The SIMRAD on-board computer was newly installed in 2019. Sails (genoa, mainsail & mizzen) on furling system (hydraulic), spinnaker & bow steel rudder are available. Access to the stern via gangway. The fresh water tank has a capacity of approx. 400 L, the hot water heating system is from Raritan. Semi-flexible solar panel (100 W). The deckhouse is extremely bright and friendly and has an inside steering position which is accessible via two side doors. There is also a table with two comfortable benches. The raised aft deck with cockpit (hydraulic) houses the outside steering position. There is also a comfortable outdoor shower with hot water. The interior is made of high-quality satin teak with lots of solid wood in the moldings and frames. In the kitchen there is a large fridge and a freezer in addition to the hotplates and oven. Opposite the galley, a comfortable seating area with bar invites you to linger. The owner's cabin has a comfortable double berth with an orthopaedic mattress. From there you have access to the larger of the two bathrooms, which has a shower and an electric toilet. Another lockable cabin with two (possibly three) berths is located in the foredeck. There is also a second toilet (pump system). The boat has a total of 5-7 berths. It has air conditioning and heating. The yacht has a Novomar dinghy which is powered by a Yamaha F4A outboard engine. There are davits at the stern for practical transportation of the dinghy. With an inflatable life raft from Arimar (packaging date 07/2015), up to eight people can get to safety in an emergency. The boat has been owned by the current owners since 2013, who spent several months a year cruising the Dalmatian coast and now have to sell it for reasons of age. The Nauticat 38 is currently in a marina in central Dalmatia and can be viewed by arrangement with the owners.
