"Rainbow Runner" is a very sound, well presented fibreglass Pion 30 built in 1974. This is a proven bluewater design by Van de Stadt, with an active class association in the Netherlands. This yacht has completed cruises from Sydney to Lord Howe Island and Tasmania and extended coastal cruises along the Queensland coast. It is also very simply set up and great for weekending and evening sailing. She is an easy boat to sail and get around on. She is a very stable and dry boat with wide side decks. Important lines leading aft and a headsail furler are great for single handing or a sailing couple. A fitted swim ladder is great for those days swimming and sturdy davits allow a dingy to be easily brought along without needing to be towed or taking up space on board. 1993 van de Stadt Vita 30, EUR 34.500,-

Buitenkans! De Vita is een ontwerp van E.G. Van de Stadt (Nr. 409). De stalen romp is werf gebouwd, het fraaie interieur is ingebouwd door de vorige eigenaar die het schip ruim 15 jaar in bezit heeft gehad. Het is een stabiel en stevig schip en tevens een snelle zeiler. De Vita is ruim bemeten voor een 30 voeter. Twee stellen kunnen in aparte kajuiten (voor en achter) slapen. De natte cel is bijzonder ruim, is voorzien van een wastafel en een pomptoilet met vuilwatertank. Er is voldoende ruimte voor het plaatsen van een douche. Ook de keuken heeft genoeg ruimte. Een bemanning van twee is ruim voldoende voor het schip maar ook single handed is dit schip prima te zeilen. Ook met een bemanning van 4 is er voldoende ruimte om je te bewegen. De Vita is uitstekend te manoeuvreren en heeft een stabiliteitsratio ruim onder 2. De betrouwbare Truma gaskachel zorgt ervoor dat ook in de herfst en voorjaar comfortabel gevaren kan worden. Deze Vita heeft in 2022 een grondige refit gehad. Het hele schip is roestvrij gemaakt en, waar nodig, plaatselijk gestraald. Het dek en de bovenbouw zijn opnieuw gelakt en van anti slip voorzien. Het hoofdwant en de achterstag zijn vernieuwd. De overige verstaging is gecontroleerd door een professionele tuiger (M. de Groot, Stavoren). Op alle terminals worden "smart pins" i.p.v. spitpennen als borg gebruikt. Er zijn twee nieuwe (Harken) lieren geplaatst, de twee andere lieren (Lewmar) zijn gereviseerd. In 2019 zijn lazy jacks gemonteerd voor veilig en snel strijken. De anker bak, gasbun en gasinstallatie zijn volledig vernieuwd. Er zijn RVS handgrepen op het kajuit dak geplaatst. De kajuit ramen zijn opnieuw gekit en de kajuit heeft nieuwe wandbekleding gekregen. Het plafond is opnieuw gelakt. Verder heeft het schip zowel binnen als buiten (navigatieverlichting) ledverlichting gekregen. De kunststof watertank is grondig gereinigd en er is een bilge pomp geplaatst. De lijnen zijn vernieuwd en naar de kuip geleid. Hijsen, reven, trimmen gebeurt dus veilig vanuit de kuip. Op de SB en BB kuipbanken is flexiteak aangebracht. Het teak op de bakskisten is gerenoveerd. De voor- en achter hut zijn voorzien van nieuwe, comfortabele (traagschuim) matrassen. Er zijn er 3 nieuwe accu's geplaatst (1x startaccu, 2x lichtaccu), gekoppeld middels een Cyrix accuscheider (Victron). De keerkoppeling en demper plaat zijn vervangen. Er een Vetus driekamer waterlock/geluidsdemper (NLP3) geplaatst. Onlangs hebben we een nieuwe huik voor het grootzeil laten maken. Helaas hebben we, vanwege gezondheidsreden, moeten besluiten onze prachtige Vita te verkopen en over te stappen op een motorboot.
