Algemeen: De Dehler 98 Optima AK is een Van de Stadt Design en staat bekend om haar stabiele plezierige zeileigenschappen. De middenkuip is van teak voorzien met stuurwiel en hydraulisch stuurinrichting, welke in 2021 is vervangen. Lijnen worden vanuit de kuip bediend. Het grootzeil, fok, storm fok en de genua zijn in goede staat. De fok, storm fok en genua wordt met leuvers aan het voorstag gehesen. Het grootzeil wordt d.m.v. lazybag systeem altijd netjes opgeborgen Kompas staat op de stuurstand en log- diepte- en windmeter zijn naast de kajuitingang geplaatst. De motor is via de kuipvloer en vanuit de kajuit te bereiken. In 2022 is er een gereviseerde Volvo Penta MB11C 28pk dieselmotor geplaatst, inclusief gereviseerde 120S saildrive, nieuwe manchet, nieuwe schroef(Autoplot). De buiskap is nog in uitstekende staat. Er zijn twee spibomen aanwezig welke ook als maststrijk inrichting gebruikt kunnen worden. Een aantal onderdelen hebben aandacht nodig of zijn aan vervanging toe, zoals interieur verlichting, navigatieverlichting en bijbehorende elektra. Interieur: Het interieur heeft een praktische indeling en biedt veel ruimte voor een boot van ca. 10 meter met in totaal 7 slaapplaatsen. De achterhut heeft een eigen ingang vanuit de kuip, met twee bedden en diverse kastjes. Naast de kajuitingang aan bakboord zijn een kaartentafel met zitje en schakelpaneel. De stahoogte is hier goed met ca. 1,90m. Aan stuurboord is de kombuis met spoelbak, koud stromend water met voetpomp, koelbox en cardanisch twee pits gasstel. Achter de kombuis is een natte cel met toilet en wastafel. De voetpomp in de kombuis doet het wel, maar watersysteem is al 5 jaar niet gebruikt en moet nagekeken/schoongemaakt worden. De salon heeft een zithoek met langsbank. Van de zithoek kan een dubbel bed gemaakt worden. Hier is de stahoogte ca. 1,70m. In de voorhut is een v-bed met passtuk en een groot vluchtluik. Er is een hete lucht verwarming alleen de werking is onbekend. Kort samengevat, bijna klaar om mee op vakantie te gaan.General: The Dehler 98 Optima AK is a Van de Stadt Design and is known for its stable pleasant sailing characteristics. There are two spiboms present which can also be used as a mast lowering device. Some parts need attention or are in need of replacement, such as interior lighting, navigation lights and associated electrics. Interior: The interior has a practical layout and offers plenty of space for a boat of about 10 meters with a total of 7 berths. The aft cabin has its own entrance from the cockpit, with two beds and several lockers. Next to the portside cabin entrance are a chart table with seating and switchboard. Headroom here is good at about 1.90m. To starboard is the galley with sink, cold running water with foot pump, cooler and gimballed two burner stove. Behind the galley is a wet room with toilet and sink. The foot pump in the galley does work, but water system has not been used for 5 years and needs to be checked/cleaned. The salon has a sitting area with longitudinal bench. The seating area can be made into a double bed. Here the headroom is about 1.70m. In the front cabin is a v-bed with fitting and a large escape hatch. There is a hot air heater only the operation is unknown. In short, almost ready to go on vacation.
