Solid, safe, and seaworthy center cockpit yacht with classic, elongated lines designed by Dutch designer Peter Beeldsnijder. The Tayana and Vancouver sailing yachts were very successful models of the Taiwanese shipyard Ta-Yang Yacht Building Co. in the 80s and mid-90s. Safe but spacious center cockpit and plenty of living space on deck with wide side decks, a flush deck in front of the mast, and a large sun deck aft. Solid, traditionally executed teak interior with many beautiful details. A particularly bluewater-capable feature in the interior of the Tayana 55 is the spacious engine room accessible through a door from the salon, which includes a veritable workshop with a workbench and tool cabinets. This Tayana 55 has the interior layout with a large, luxurious owner's cabin spanning the entire width of the stern, including an en suite owner's bathroom with a separate shower. Two additional cabins can be found in the bow. Lovingly maintained and continuously technically serviced owner's yacht from first hand. The Tayana 55 is equipped with electric stainless steel davits at the stern and a GRAND 3.40 m RIB with center console and SUZUKI outboard engine 30 HP (both new in 2018).
