We have taken this boat to Lady Musgrave Island, the Whitsundays, Fraser Island and Tangalooma as well as numerous serious game fishing expeditions both light and heavy tackle.Being 40ft, this boat is extremely versatile and manoeuvrable and is comfortable as a dedicated game fishing boat, cruiser or as a live aboard. We have rigged this boat to comfortably cruise for weeks without need to dock, a weekend away or for a trip out to the shelf for the day hunting marlin.Powered by two ever reliable Cat 3126 diesels with 2100 hours, the engines have been regularly serviced and maintained. Just had major service completed with new filters, oil, anodes, impellars and inspection. Being Cats, all parts are easily accessible and all part history can be tracked. Fully loaded the boat cruises on 16-18 knts @1500rpms using an average of 80 ltrs per hour and at WOT 25-28 knots @2800rpm. I have had the aftercoolers professionally cleaned, new port side turbo fitted, new port side starter motor and alternator. The boat holds 1600 ltrs of fuel and 400 ltrs of water giving it a great range.The boat comfortably sleeps 7 people with loads of storage space.
