I'd like to offer a total package: Yacht, steel. Mooring with mooring apparatus Dinghy Range Rover Yacht: 40ft ketch, steel, seaworthy, been around the globe once. Documented in published book. Very good condition. Slipped and antifauled October 2022. In constant use for sailing around Ballina NSW. Excellent live on board. In fact that's where I live. Water 600l. Diesel 1000l Full headroom. Mooring: Lovely, quiet on the river in Ballina. New apparatus. Dinghy: 3m aluminium with 2.5 HP Mercury, no issues. Range Rover: 4l beauty V8, registered, converted to spring suspension, 200k on the clock. No issues. Reason for this parting: Divorce! Again, no issues.
